Cava De Oro Plata tequila is bottled immediately after distillation, rested for only 3 weeks. This plata tequila is bold and flavorful with a light body. This tequila also maintains a nice warm aroma that ends with soothing waves of spicy herbaceous notes. 
 
Tasting Notes
Aroma: Cooked agave, vanilla, cinnamon, and just a hint of minerality
Taste: Cooked agave, vanilla sweetness, mild black pepper, just a note of butter
Finish: Clean, mild alcohol heat, but light cinnamon and lime as it fades
