Tasting Notes:
Aroma: cooked agave, basil, tarragon, orange peel
 
Palate: bold minerality and floral notes followed by preserved meyer lemon citrus notes, there is a light salinity that provides a great salty sweet balance to the honeyed agave flavors
 
Finish: full bodied and lingering both in sweetness and citrus oil
