Welcome, single malt lovers! Made in copper pot stills high in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah. We leave the grain in during fermentation and distillation, instead of filtering it out. 

High West is Utah’s first legal distillery since 1870 and the world’s only ski-in gastro-distillery. 
 
Tasting Notes:
Nose:
Fig jam on toast points, whole grain waffles with honey drizzle, cracked walnut shells, dried wildflowers, cedar
Taste:
Honeyed cereal, crème caramel custard, almond macaroons, toasted biscuits with herbal jelly, subtle banana taffy
Finish:
Cola, chocolate wafer, ginger marmalade
 
Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water while appreciating a magnificent western vista.
